Filing a DMCA Notice

Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our designated agent. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the content that was removed and its location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy of terminating access to our service for users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or terminate access to the service for any user who infringes intellectual property rights.

Processing Timeline

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will respond expeditiously to remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material. We will make good faith efforts to notify the user who posted the content.

False Claims

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or was removed by mistake may be subject to liability. We may seek damages from any party that submits a notification or counter-notification in bad faith.
